I believe that emotional stress is one of the leading causes of illness. It was my own story for many years. Before I went into remission for Ulcerative Colitis, I'd spent years in self-loathing, feeling empty, depressed and stressed. Learning how to gain a new perspective on myself and my life has led to more vibrant health for me. I have a passion to help my clients gain the skills of re-framing the way they view themselves, all of which will lead to a much healthier, happier person!
