As a trained scientist (Ph.D. in biology), I have a deep interest in functional medicine due to its investigative approach. I am passionate about preventative, proactive healthcare, including making lifestyle changes. As a health coach, I incorporate my yoga/meditation teaching background to offer preconception, prenatal, and relaxation sessions to allow clients to connect with their body, their energy, and invite in their vision.
