After seeing patients with multiple health concerns, I started wondering if there was a better way to find health than prescribing multiple medications. After experiencing years of digestive problems, hormonal imbalance, unexplained fatigue, and not finding answers I went searching. This led me down a 10-year educational journey of finding wellness. I read multiple books, attended multiple classes on nutrition and wellness, and went on to receive my functional medicine certification. I later became a BIOTE certified provider for bioidentical hormone replacement and peptide therapy. After looking for the underlying cause of why I was sick I was better able to understand how nutrition, supplementation, and hormone rebalancing could give me the health I was looking for.
