The ADAPT Health Coach training program is one of the most rigorous and robust Health and Wellness Coach Training & Education Program approved by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
An ADAPT-Certified Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC) has completed our 12-month training resulting in a high level of mastery in facilitating lifestyle and behavior change, especially to help clients reach health goals in a Functional Health context. In addition to comprehensive coursework, each graduate has also passed a practical skills assessment evaluated by a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and completed a Practice Coaching Log documenting a minimum of 25 sessions with practice clients order to graduate.
