After struggling for years with my own autoimmune and chronic health issues, I reached remission from Chronic Lyme, POTS, EBV, and other chronic issues through nutrition, functional medical, and holistic wellness. Through this, I discovered my passion to help others take their health back and regain purpose through coaching, mentorship and accountability.
