Leeny is an A-CFHC, PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach, L1 CrossFit Coach and holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about health and wellness and enthusiastic about coaching busy women who want to look and feel better, gain more energy, and manage the stress of "doing it all" in practical and sustainable ways. Leeny uses zest, humor, and compassion to help her clients create a vision for their health goals and a path to achieving them.
